I'll leave the numbers side of the work up to others however technically look at it this way; PLV was beaten up, fundamentally it only just managed to survive and technically that exact same message is displayed.
Any stock that goes through that type of punishment must also go through a period of healing. It needs to correct and prove itself and it needs time to do this. There is nothing bad about that and I wouldn't be concerned about any of the current selling pressure, in the bigger picture it's a good thing.
