Well, IMHO, that mostly depends on your own financial position rather than the price or prospect of the stock. Besides, no matter how low the price is, there is always a possibility it will go to 0! No one is 100% for sure! Besides, for speculative penny stocks, never never ever put more than 30% of your free money in. Average down is a dangerous exercise for small investors. Of course, if you have deep pocket, you may add some! However, remember what you see is what you get in most case. If the stock is free falling days after days of good news/promise/optimistic sentiment, well, something is wrong for sure! Smart money always get in early, if the stock is so good, they/big players/insiders/ will jump in regardless of price! Anyway, just want to help, DYOR, hope it helps a little bit.
