Its easy to get caught up in the banter of the euphoria of debate and let emotions overcome you in process without thinking. The mods have toughened up their penalties for defamation and its no fun to sit on the sidelines without being able to join in the discussions presented here.
Directors now are very mindfull of being able to shutdown social media when it pleases them because of comments made when a section of the shareholders start to go too far.
Its too easy to say what you want without thinking and the way its said that can be construed as defamation and its only a fine line seperating that from what way you can express the facts. Blatant accusations against the company will raise a few eyebrows the the company besides the mods here on HC.
Lately there has been much discussions on different forums of freedom of speech etc especially on the general forum, some may have read but I advise those who havent to go read them going back about 6 wks to the present and see whats happening. Even HC is having thoughts of moving offshore because of the litigous senario from companies trying to shut down HC. This is fact.
Best is watch your Ps & Qs and express in a civil manner without offending readers here, the mods and COMPANIES. Dont blatanly accus the company of this and that and then not proof read before posting.
If it is not controled here by each and everyone of us here and we could end up like EGO and SSN, in the wilderness, pretty hard if only stock you have.
Please dont let this happen here, keep the discussion up on whatever but do it in a civil way and above board. Theres a lot happening with GGP some we like but a lot we dont. Eyes are watching for profound comments and you will be pinged for it unmercifully.
