Geld, it takes at least 3 weeks for ore to get to kuantan via singapore - that is assuming a ship was sitting in fremantle waiting for the ore (which I don't think they'd be paying for when there's ample opportunity to get ore up there).
Given that you seem to insinuate that they haven't bothered getting ore on the ship, please offer me an alternative theory as to what they have been doing then.
