lot of cash + 14-15% of ucl which is sort of a liquid asset. happy to see sandpiper go, never impressed with the project. environmental issues, large capex to produce a low grade product. the filth produced sucking/sieving 3mt/yr off the sea floor will most likely be absolute mess, not many realize the scale of the potential mess. this is no closed harbor environment where the damage the silt plume can be can be managed. will be dispersed by strong offshore currents.
