Hi BarnDogg, I am not so sure about that - we had a list of holders sell at just over 4c and below on an offer for 51% that has not been fully explained yet ...and people making up their minds with little data so far.
We have people calling it a takeover when no shares are sought from existing shareholders and all sorts of reactions so I would not pretend to be able to predict this. Maybe only the larger holders in funds will be more supportive. The larger shareholders I am talking to like it but that is only maybe 190M shares all up.
