You have raised good points. For me that standout is the FACT that our company funds/cash cannot be sent back to the ASX listed entity. I know we have never seen an announcement detailing this becuase i downloaded all of the for the last few years.
This IMO should have been a trading halt type announcement.
I for 1 would have sold down some if not all of my OPTIONS knowing that the company would be in a constant state of capital raising. It would be clear, even to sheep like me, that it would be impossible to get anywhere near the 50c share price.
I mentioned this particular lack of disclosure a few months ago. I hope this along with many other issues is looked into.
