The recent announcement re the work being done to come up with better treatments/"cure" for T2D is indeed interesting - a cruise around the web shows it's something the world will certainly need over the next few years.
Let's hope it does in truth "cure" people, not just rodents - not a cheap shot, great work has and is being done, it's just millions of people will need the treatment and can the world wait too long?
Any one have any further details about drug development time-frames etc? The commercial imperative thankfully will drive things along!
