    The SPP is not “in the best interest of long term shareholders” its all about raising more cash for the company.

    Various trading strategies are used to keep the SP above the SPP to entice people to take up the offer.

    Over at PRR the same thing happened there a while back with a SPP at .28, once filled the share price fell and has spent many months in the teens
