I agree with you, something fishy is going on here.
I don't know what, by whom or why...but REY is definitely being played with.
It may be for a takeover.
It might be Gujarat saying good riddance and selling their shares down.
But it isn't on yesterday's short sell list so it must be shareholders getting out.
What are we missing?
