sirdean, take another look at the way you assume that a capital item (Cap ex) equates to a "production cost".
"Cash cost" on an oz at Mt Kare is $560.
This is a term used to determine that actual cost of production itself and does not relate to capital asset acquasitions which retain their value, albeit on a depreciated scale.
Lederps formulation of how he sees Kares' cash cost on an oz is, with respect, a little irresponsible and misleading in this material particular.
I thought this was obvious from what was stated in the PFS.
