that's a very good article..

one can certainly see the writing on the board.

although one might add with U.S elections coming up things could change.

having said that "Boone Pickens" has been on the money for many years. unfortunaly it's been falling on deaf ears.

if they had implemented some of his ideas 10 uears ago or so the U.S would be in better shape.
