why do you need guts to be buying at these prices, first, look at PLV chart, it probably one of the worst on the ASX, its in a horrible downtrend, 2nd their no support on the charts, if we drop below 14c its unchartered territory, the IO price could keep falling as china slows, JPM could not only sell its shares BUT if it really hates PLV it could go SHORT PLV and than we are really screwed.

PLV was cheap at $1 it was cheap at 80c it was cheap at 50c it was cheap at 25c its cheap at 17c, see any pattern emerging??
whos to say it wont be cheap at 10c,
