I'd like to see some sort of trade off of Hess/Scarsborough for WPL Sunrise. Correct me if I am wrong but Pluto Hub has converter's and infrastructure in place for 3 trains (which wasn't cheap) . Hess/Scarsborough may see all three in place and up and running.
Far less infrastructure costs, far sooner production, higher gas price returns from nearer term pricing.
Just a outside the box thought anyway.
