You think elders rural services has had enough investment and does not need any improvement that would require capital investment?

Its not as if capital investment in rejuvenating stores and spending cash on reviewing products and improving backend logistics supply chain has done any favours for coles supermarkets.

I think that Elders rural services has been starved of capital development funds. Focusing the business back to rural services and divesting other assets to reduce debt is the right thing to do for this business to get back on track.
