.....Jan and their timetable would have been to ship the ore as soon as humanly practicable after the TOL was issued. The ore is on its way. I am convinced of this. It is logical. The company have all but told us this.....the time table is all about first feed. The first feed is scheduled in October. It takes 4 weeks to get to Malaysia. They have stated these court proceedings do not affect the time table....ergo the ore is on its way. To think otherwise is illogical. This is not secret. Just lots of stubborn argumentative-ness.
We need not concern ourselves about the ore shipment. It is an immaterial day to day issue now. What we need is an outcome on Wednesday.
