Nuplex Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the Plan) and 2012 final dividend payable
on 12 October 2012
Nuplex Industries Limited advises that the price for determining the number
of shares to be issued in lieu of cash dividends to those shareholders who
have elected to participate in the Plan has been set at NZ$3.055.
This price has been determined in accordance with the rules of the Plan and
is the weighted average sale price of an ordinary share calculated on all
sales of ordinary shares which took place on the NZSX over the five trading
days from 1 October to 5 October 2012 inclusive. No discount has been
applied.
Shareholders participating in the Plan will be allotted their shares on
Friday 12 October 2012, the date set down for the payment of cash dividends
to shareholders who have not elected to participate in the Plan.
