Nufarm Limited has advised that Garry Hounsell has informed the Board that he
is stepping down as a non-executive director of the company, effective
October 8, 2012.

Garry joined the Board in 2004 and has made a significant contribution in a
number of areas, most recently as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

The company is well advanced in the appointment of a replacement director and
an announcement to that effect is imminent.
