asf, I think the correct way to work out the post-rights offer price (assuming there will be an offer which is looking extremely unlikely IMO) is to assume the company was worth 142 cps before the rights offer and take into account the extra cash generated by the issue of shares @45 cents:
new price = (142*3 + 45)/4 = 118.
Good luck getting that. I sold out (at a loss) since I thought there was little chance of the TO happening but have bought in today since the shares are trading at a substantial discount to their theoretical X-rights price.
