The target namely ACN in this case ,usually the sp rises
and the hunter namely DLS price falls .
In this case acn has gone up 3% and dls has gone up 1.6%

does this mean that acn is undervalued and if dls got it at their price it would be a steal ?
or the synergies of both assets are worth more
or am I missing something?

I would prefer a script offer....
