Yes reasons for a drop in SP mainly extend to drop in thermal price and risk of Wandeon not proceeding in the near term. This project is too large for Xstrata to ignore as the revenue stream would be immensely profitable from a 30+ year mine life. SMR is currently being valued based on cash alone. Its intrinsic value in the form of coal will be realised when exports commence. Wandeon will proceed, question is when. Not much downside from these levels going forward.
