I have no insight in to where Aspen are up to with the CEO replacement. I wonder whether the right CEO could improve the company's relationship with NAB. I will try and find out if the placement is out with a head hunter.

I do agree that a replacement CEO is a very important piece in the jigsaw. If nothing else the absence of one, casts a real shadow on the company; is no one prepared to take on the role? Is there issues (other than all the apparant ones) which are putting would=be replacements off?

In doing my analysis i looked at the June 12 accounts, and on occasions the Jun 11 accounts. I didn't look at the half year Dec 11 accounts, but I see from reading others comments here on Hot Copper thata there are serious questions around disclosure. Potential legal cases would certainly be a turn off for an incoming CEO.
