Funny that i was reading this thread only a few days ago and just an hour ago i received a call from this number.
+9378128671.
I checked it out on google and it too seems to be a prefix
from afghanistan. I hung up 3 seconds after i answered it without realising the number looked unusual.
Any body know of this one.
