northern drilling pty ltd is indeed owned by WCN. For confirmation check the last annual report. They mention several subsidiary companies in it. I've plotted all the tenements owned directly in their name and by their subsidiaries and I can confirm that the maps they have published are missing quite a few. Perhaps a bit dated or perhaps a cat they didn't want out of the bag just yet... who knows?
I have actually confirmed that block verbally with management as well.
