In the article it states that they don't extend their fault to the BTEX chemicals (benzene which is the main issue). Also the other article posted which is similar to the one that I posted was published in 2011 so I believe that this may be old news.
FYI
I still believe this is a buy as even if we only get a couple of million for the coal tenements, that is a large fraction of the current MC. Also I believe that we will get an update regarding the Indonesia project before the AGM in November as these guys will definitely be wanting to parade into the meeting as heroes and not facing a group of investors who haven't been updated properly for months!
