When you say "the stocks is in a suspension, not delisted or in adminstration" in regards to certain posters concerns of having lost their money, do you realise SSI is currently and has been for over 2 years now suspended and not delisted or in administration.
What of those people back then after the first few days of being in suspension had brought up the very same concerns?
If the argument is and or yet to be issued / received, then by all means it would not in anyway have a value. Hence, no determination could be made on what taxable amount (if any) would be required. Unfortunately, however I don't believe this to be the irregularity
