no end game asf, just people getting high salaries and high director fees. Its just a game and these guy's get paid from a number of companies, go to a meeting once a month and get $5000, times that buy 3 or 4 companies and its a good wicket. And if one of these companies does well they make a heap of money on all the options they get.
