Who? I can name some here: Those who are covered by the FREE Share OPtion Schemes, HH, East Hill, and those informed or in the know and selling BTA shares above $1, and Nabi shareholders (as they will get more BTA shares in the deal if BTA share price is lower).


MOst shareholders are sick of Biota management, not only the share price. Given the revised deal, how much information given in the last company briefings is still correct? e.g. the high percentage of institutional investors post merger, merger prices and cost, and cash reserve post merger.


Just my thoughts.
