Hi Jeffries. I personally believe the reason was to perhaps underline the fact that GCN was an ongoing concern - I'm surprised the ASX did not release its questions/answers - I suppose they were alluded too.

Anyway, it may also provide airspace for GCN, before the "without prospectus" determination comes into play within the balance sheet at the end of September - wait for the next quarterly. i.e how assets are described after the end of June.

We'll see I guess. All eyes on the Goodwill asset if the ASIC decision has been negotiated to being unenforceable. The issue here is that the Market Update did not cite the Goodwill enforced write off. Why not?

It may be very good news for LT shareholders, along with Hazelhurst's p/f, if the asset base has changed in 12/13. Not so sure though.
