There is no way they will give up the tax and the dash you have to pay for anything is in amazing. The locals even pay hr to get a job on sites if you go over there stu, you see thousands of lights right across the horizon along the whole belt and it's all illegal mining. The corruption is huge on an amazing scale with most of it going into a few pockets. What's got me stuffed is nothing gets done without dash and this is one of the better countries in Africa go figure. But Pvm will make plenty stu still holding though.
