What I take from this announcement is that they are intensely focused on marketing opportunities around the UK in the lead up to December 1st. This is precisely what I would ask of the company right now. Is it price sensitive? Id say when a company is shooting this close to the mark maybe it is. Either way I`m glad I know that their doing it.
