I think the 0.2gt cutoff reporting for Bucaneer falls into the later, given using a more 'industry credible' 0.6gt cutoff drops their overall resource by almost million ounces. It will be interesting how they report this in the future. The new JORC code draft asks for detailed justification if a resource is reported below a currently economic (based on a reasonable persons view) value. Sorry off topic a bit.
