I wonder what the share price would be if they had used the Fortrend facility in the first place?
I would suggest we would be still in the 12-15cent range.

Now this is how they should be using the Fortrend facility on a as needed basis. There would seem to be no minimum draw down requirement if they can get 180k so just pull out a 100k or so when needed as each project requires it. If the projects are succesfully the increase in share price will take care of the small amount of dilution.
