Youth - I wish I could be as positive as your interpretation.

However, from the way the wording of the statement is made - I'm inclined to believe they haven't done a thing on site, my reasoning is this:

Norwest has now commenced planning and preparation to re-enter the well and intends recommencing flow back of the Kockatea Shale interval later this month. This zone will then be flowed back until the majority of the remaining injected water is produced back to surface. This is expected to take several weeks, and should allow indicative rates of gas and oil to be measured and subsequently reported. This is already a highly prospective shale gas target, as well as a potential oil discovery from the Kockatea Shale.

As its said right there - they haven't done any well prep, or flowback activities at all - in my books - that's zero.
