A healthy share price is a strategic requirement for a company like mtb, as they need to raise funds on an ongoing basis to develop their projects, but they just don't get it!!
Barely any positive news flow ever comes out, all we get are notices of more fund raising, dilution, board changes, statutory reports & then the odd repeat news flow on work done years ago.
There has been a bit of buying interest recently, the share price has moved from 0.1c to 0.4c, but the complete lack of activity and news simply kills any interest.
As an example, the board missed a wonderful opportunity a few years ago when they made a ree announcement, the share price spiked, volumes spiked.....clearly for the first time in years (maybe in as long as 10 years) there was some interest in the company, and what did the board do? nothing!! It took about 8 months of the old men blundering & excuses before they worked the ree project & by then all interest had long gone.
They need to be in tune with the market or they will kill the share price & company once and for all! They are all well past retirement age and one can't help think that they are so full of self interest & disconnected from the market that ragingboom is sadly wrong, the board are not going to get it right!
