Fella there were two very important words we hung our hat on in the announcement(s) prior to today. "Status Quo". Semantics are important here. The TOL is Frozen. It is approved and issued. But it is frozen. Today the judge is reserving which (not to blow smoke) is standard practice. The Status Quo of teh TOL remains. We jump over the 15th of October and then some. Mt Kellet convert at $1.25.
