Do i get that right? The extended suspension till november 8th is because of an application of lynas? are they totaly stupid? and furhter more: on november 8th the court will only decide if lynas application will be accepted and if the suspension of the TOL will be EXTENDED UNTIL THE JUDICAL REVIEW! I am soooo unbeliveable happy, that i sold this morning. You can read it here:
"The Kuantan High Court extended the suspension of the Lynas ToL until 8th November 2012. The court will decide then whether Lynas’ application to be a party to be an intervener will be accepted and if the ToL will be suspended until the judicial review applications are heard and finalised."
