I don't know why people reckon that SMA is selling shares to rope in strategic partners. To me it is simply that the Company needs the money, quote "The Placement funds will be applied to working capital".

The justification for the raising just leads the reader away from the inescapable fact that the Company needs the money.

If it needs to raise what is effectively a fairly small amount of money where on earth is the cash flow???

I know, the capital is to be used to trigger the cash flow we've all been waiting for, but wait, wasn't that the reason for the last capital raising?

I used to be hopeful about SMA, now, quite evidently I wonder if it will ever come good.
