I would be more upset if the company exerted zero influence and interference in SMSLs ambitions through the legal system there. You would rather no Australian involvement when its all oz risk? I'm sorry for your troubles but I can't see what else the company can do to fight 'foreign' disruption like this. As for plant delays it is a natural part of mine commissioning. I would say at least 80% startups miss multiple timelines so why LYC is not allowed to with the added complexities of its model I dont know. Personally I dont believe smsl have the substantial financials to get an injunction granted and they would surely have to prove
this beforehand.
