I hope the the Board will follow policitical circunstances in Vietnam where our main assests are located.

WE MAY LOSE EVERY THINGS.

Please let us know what going on.

- Are we allowed to use local eletricity? Do we need to import from China because the North has to import electricity from China?

- Are we allowed to use the closest seaport to the plant? do we need to pay to build new bridge in order to use public road? do local GOV allow us to use public road?

- All international investors including Toyota, Ford, Samsung ... cannot cope with GOV of Vietnam because the law is changed regularly and significantly. The Law is changed overnight without notice to any international investor.

Please let us know what kind of notice we actually receive from different levels of GOV in Vietnam recently.
