I don't see any conflict between what you pose as the facts and my suggestion about an alternate propositions/benefits for a no vote, take over senario etc.
Logic also has a valid place in thinking in regard to this deal, far superior to - speculation, emotion (thanks Spock)
I guess what I want is success for me in my involvement with FML.
Now success for me and success for FML, as some posters have explained, may be two different things.
