Not only is a JORC needed but to incorporate the ore into the mine plan a minimum rating is required. FML use Indicated Resource category for the pits.
Corporate governance and Directors legal requirements dictate a prudent approach to running the enterprise.
Why would they spend the money otherwise JS? Are you going to call me a goose again for pointing out the truth and sharing understanding? And you advise me to stick to what I 'understand' - with all due respect that is out of line totally.
