Thanks for your feedback. However, I don't think that the negatives are "mythical" in any sense. You haven't actually supported that claim. The point, you make, however, is that despite these negatives, TGR is a good business.

I'm inclined to agree with you, although I personally wouldn't be buying at these prices. For those long term watchers, there have been ample opportunities to accumulate TGR below $1.30 (from memory) and holders would have benefited from dividends, too. Having said that, I think it's alway important to examine positives and negatives.
