    As theboard knows MIG has teamed with EIFFAGE to bid for toll road concessions in France.
    MIG provides the financial engineering and aggression and EIFFAGe provides construction know-how and local awareness.
    It is my opinion that they will only bid for APRR which EIFFAGE already owns 4% The concression terminates in 2026.
    The other bidder is likely to be a consortium of Cintra and Autostrade (very big and powerful) My opinion is that they get SANEF
    Bids close on August 22.
    Decision in Sept 05
