'The Parties shall appear for a short pre-hearing conference in this matter that will he conducted
on Monday, October 8, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. via telephone conference call and in the Board of
Equalization's conference room, Herschler Building, Room 1722, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The
Parties should provide the EQC office with a direct telephone number and an email address
where they can be reached for the pre-hearing on or before October 5,2012. Failure to appear at
the pre-hearing conference will result in dismissal from this case.'
