hangas, I stated that it MAY go down to recent lows. It MAY not happen. If it happens it will be as a result of impatient holders not being prepared to stay for the long term.
Day to day and month to month price fluctuations means little. Where will the SP be as it approaches the finish line - that is what is important with a stock like PRR.
I believe that the SP will be a lot higher than it is today
