RB, you talk about the transition from explorer to a producer as if it's a foregone conclusion.

Didn't KAB have 8 weeks to prove the viability of the proposed plan..? And, worse case scenario.. where will they get $500,000 to repay Noble.

Are KAB potentially days away from being liable for a $500,000 repayment, as per the announcement?
