For these high nugget ore bodies, the only test is the mill and even then people argue about the results. It would be fun to listen to the arguements between the Geos, Miners and Mill Rats at the wet mess when this thing gets going.
Said before, I have seen diamond core with free gold visible but zero assay for gold. Most assays will be cut to a realistic number anyway when calculating the resource/reserve but the more high assays received, the higher the cut usually is. Many mines use a 50g/t top cut but an arbitary cut for this place could be considered harsh. Some us 2 standard deviations from the mean but we will have to see what they come up with. Having no cut would ring big alarm bells to me.
