Only 100 million perhaps the other 200 may be in the form of loans.
There was an article that suggested doing the whole 300 in loans was not a good idea as it made us an easier take over target.
Seems to be a lot of support at 84 perhaps the under writers are give us a base they would not want it lower I assume.
