Mate Costello has no regrets. The GFC would have smashed his reputation good n proper. I get the feeling he places more value on his reputation than the country...so he dodged a bullet... not one country is doing it easy since the GFC...
He's doing just fine now... everone remembers him as the 9 out of 11 budget surplus man and getting money for jam gigs running political audit commissions.
